Taverham High School is unapologetically ambitious for its students and therefore has a tradition of strong academic results.

 Below is a summary of our key data and successes for summer 2025:

 

A-level/Year 13

· At A-level, 22% of our entries achieved a grade A* or A.

· At A-level, 71% of our entries achieved grades of A*-C.

 

GCSE/Year 11

 · Our Progress score in 2024 +0.05 across Year 11. (England's average was -0.03 and Norfolk's average -0.04). There is no comparable data for 2025 available.

· Our Attainment score placed us 11th in Norfolk. Our Attainment8 score was 49.5 (England's average 45.9, Norfolk’s average was 46.4)

· 53.5% of our GCSE students achieved a combined English and Maths score of Grade 5+ (Norfolk average 46.5%)

· 75% of our GCSE students achieved a combined English and Maths score of Grade 4+ (Norfolk average 67%)

· 98% of our students are staying in education or work with training after Year 11. (England's average 93% - 2024 data)

 

We are very proud of the outcomes that our young people achieve and even more so of the fantastic opportunities that they allow them to access when they’ve finished their education.
